Instructions for Oral Presentations
 

All accepted abstracts for oral presentation, poster, and/or workshop are equally elective for the FCIC24 Abstract Proceedings and the FCIC24 Papers Proceedings. Full manuscripts will be requested to be submitted to the peer-reviewed conference proceedings afterward. A selected number of papers will be invited to be published in a special issue of the Journal of Cultural Heritage Management and Sustainable Development.

 

Instructions for oral presentation format:

 

• Each presentation will have a 10 minutes timeslot.

• Consider having a maximum of 15 slides.

• Use your own institution layout. 

• Avoid too much text.

• Use good resolution images.

• Include: title, authors, affiliation(s), and references.

• An extended version of the conference program, complete of abstract and authors’ information will be available online on the conference website to facilitate visibility, networking, and discussion at the conference.

 

Paper submission:

• 4000-8000 words (including all text)

• Tables in a separate file

• Harvard referencing style

• Use of generative AI only allowed for copy-editing purposes
